What I collect

Your email address, when you ask for the free guide. It’s kept in Kit, the service that sends the guide.

Your survey answers on the thank-you page. They go to a Google Sheet on my own Google account, and onto your record in Kit.

Your payment, through Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

As a member, what your team sends me: your questions, and the designs, files, links and notes that come with them. I read them where you send them, in the app you already use, and keep my working notes on your queue in my own workspace.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them.

What it’s for

Sending you the guide, understanding who I’m helping, taking your payment, and answering your team’s questions. That’s all.

Who sees it

Only me, and the services named above that I use to run this. I don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else. Your product, your designs and your questions are confidential. I never show them to another member or anyone outside your company.

The only exception is an anonymous example, and only if you’ve said yes to it (see the terms).

How long I keep it

For as long as you’re a member, and afterwards until you ask me to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax.
